iPlay
This week we have Round 3 of the Battle of the Schools
Game 1 Surrey All Stars v Wattle Park
Game 2 Laburnum v Mont Albert
Surrey All Stars are undefeated so far, Wattle Park is desperately trying to get its first win this week by gaining an upset over the All Stars. The Laburnum v Mont Albert match will be interesting, a close Game but I am tipping A MAPS victory.
Games commence at 6.00 pm as usual
Under 12
Last week the team dug deep and won a nail biter to Eltham 8- 7. Blair Pepperell stood in for Laura Tillotson , who in turn was standing in for Hayley, Thanks both Laura and Blair for helping the team out in Hayley’s absence and to Andrew “Hammy” for coming down to training and helping Josh O’Neil with the players. We all hope Hayley is playing some great Lacrosse as she represents Australia and we are looking forward to here return
This week we play Footscray at Footscray, please be there at 9.00 am for a 9.30 am start
Under 14
The team was back on the winners list this week, playing Camberwell the bottom side. Things will be a bit different when they front up to Willy at Willy this week. The Surrey players, Tim, Tom C, Tom A, Darcy, Jerry and if not out injured Sam are all great contributors to this side and will I am sure make a huge impression on Williamstown this week.
The game begins at 9.30 am so please be there at 9.00 am and the gamer is at Greenwich Reserve down at Williamstown/ Newport
Under 15 Girls
The Under 15 girls play Chadstone at Caulfield Park this Sunday. They had a great match with Footscray last week, going down in yet another close one 8 to 11. This side is a good strong side who have missed three or four close ones this year, so good luck this week girls and may the tables be turned when it comes to a close one.
